Mr. Cogburn has over 27 years of experience in contract surety claims, cost estimating, road and bridge construction, press-stress/post-tension construction as well as project control management. In addition to the design and control of projects, Mr. Cogburn has been responsible for evaluation, analysis and documentation of construction claims, alternative dispute testimony on road and bridge projects for state and federal highway departments in the US. Mr. Cogburn's related experience in CPM scheduling, management systems and database organizations are continually utilized in the evaluation and assessment of a client's exposure to risk in related situations. Mr. Cogburn holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University. |

Suresh Yannamani was appointed President and COO of BPO Services in 2007. He is responsible for the development and delivery of HOV Services' BPO solutions utilizing multiple locations in the United States, Canada, Mexico, China and India. Suresh previouslyheld the title of
Executive Vice President, Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) Services for LASON since 2003.
Suresh joined LASON as part of the Vetri Systems acquisition in 1999. Prior to joining Vetri Systems, Suresh worked at IBM from 1995 to 1997, with responsibility for the design, development and implementation of Financial Management Information Systems for the Healthcare and Financial Service Industries. Suresh started his career with Coopers & Lybrand in 1993. Suresh graduated from Eastern Michigan University with an MBA in Corporate Finance and Information Systems in 1992. He completed the Executive Management Program with the University of Michigan in 1997. He graduated from University of London, with a Bachelors of Science degree in Chemistry in 1988. |

Kenneth L. Shaw has served as Executive Vice President of Human Resources since he joined the Company in 2001. Mr. Shaw was previously employed by IBP, Inc. from 1981 to 2001. During this period of time he held various human resource positions including the responsibility of Corporate Director of Human Resources for Thorn Apple Valley, Inc. which was acquired by IBP, Inc. in 1999. Prior to joining IBP, Inc. Mr. Shaw had been employed by Burlington Industries, Inc. in various human resource management assignments for approximately eight years. He holds a bachelors degree in Social Science from Elon University in North Carolina. He served as an assistant district executive with the Boy Scouts of America following his graduation from college and is currently a member of the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM). |

James G. Reynolds was appointed Executive Vice President of Finance and Chief Accounting Officer in March 2006 and previously served as the Company’s Vice President and Corporate Controller. Prior to joining LASON in November 2001, Mr. Reynolds was a Senior Manager in the Business Advisory Services practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers. Mr. Reynolds has over 16 years experience, including his tenure with PricewaterhouseCoopers, providing financial, operational and strategic assistance as senior management of Fortune 500 and middle market businesses, either as an outside consultant or as part of the internal management team. Mr. Reynolds is a graduate of Michigan State University, and is a Certified Public Accountant. |

Patrick C. Kehoe was appointed Chief Technology Officer in September 2005. Prior to this role, Mr. Kehoe was the Director of Strategic IT and Development for LASON’s Presentment Services. Throughout his tenure with LASON, Patrick has led the Company’s various technology standard-setting initiatives. Patrick was previously the President of a systems integration and development company that served the pre-press and publishing industry and which was acquired by LASON in September 1997. Patrick has over 23 years of experience in technology and software development. |
